 I am extremely proud to present EventRents' capabilities and staff to you. EventRents has been serving the event industry since 1981 and has grown into a solid, mid-sized rental company serving Central California.
We've worked hard to develop our capabilities over the years. Of course good equipment and a broad selection is central to a rental company, but much of our value to you comes behind the scenes support. We manage our inventory with a modern material control system so that you do not have to worry if the equipment you order will be there when requested. We have invested in facilities with large showrooms and maintenance equipment - and we are well insured. We manage our truck fleet with GPS vehicle tracking so that we can respond to urgent needs whenever they occur. We prepare for our event set-ups by planning with CAD drawings to assure fit to the site and proper set-up. These items provide you security, and give you assurance that you will not be at risk for your event – one that can not be re-scheduled due to another day if the vendor is over-booked!
In addition, a large part of what we offer to you is represented in our people - not only the folks that we see in front, but also our lead people in the warehouse, and our crew leads & drivers. We have a great mix of talent, experience, education and creativity. EventRents is proud of its team of people, friendliness, experience and skills.
We differ from the other rental companies in Southern California in that:
● We endeavor to be a one-stop shop for all hardware needed for an off-site event, unlike our competitors that do not serve all these needs. We offer a broad array of services and equipment, including tents, lighting, power, convention equipment, tables, chairs, linen and other rental goods.
● We strive for an atmosphere where you feel welcome and can set-up your unique table design set-up in a big showroom, and where you have access to the owner
● Our project managers do their own CAD work so that their creative ideas feed directly into your event design and the intimate details of your event are not lost by handing it off to another department
● We are focused on ensuring complete orders at delivery, and have project managers at all significant event set-ups
● You will find our pricing to be lower than most of our competitors, and our service offered to be significantly higher
● We take personal ownership for our events, and put your event before any company procedure
While you may see a number of different storefronts listed on the internet, and we all offer products for rent, many of these companies do not have business features that you might take for granted such as a warehouse, liablity insurance, material control systems, a capable truck fleet and a deep inventory. A significant number of these companies work out of their homes and garages. We encourage you to look closely at your potential vendors and select one that provides the right match to your needs, and one that you can trust. When you do that, we believe that you find us to be your best choice and best value.
