Set-up and Delivery
 

 

RENTAL TIME OUT & ORDER CHANGES
We do not charge extra if the rental items are returned the day after the event. However, extended periods are subject to an additional charge. 

Final numbers must be received by noon 5 days before pick-up or delivery. Orders are then released to our warehouses and packed and they cannot be reduced after this time.  Within 5 days of delivery, quantity increases are accepted based on availability.

RENTAL CARE
You are responsible for the replacement cost in the event of breakage or loss, until the items are picked-up or returned to the warehouse, including the boxes or crates used to deliver the items. Please take care to protect the rental equipment from the weather, vandalism, theft or abuse.  Rental items must be returned in good condition, packed in their original crates and boxes. Rinse table service, utensils and glassware free of foods and liquids. All cooking equipment must be returned clean and ready for the next use. Keep linens dry and shake them free of food, debris, tape and pins.
 

SET-UP
Set-up and take-down of all equipment is included for all heaters, dance floors, tents, canopies, astroturf and wedding arches.  Table, chair and umbrella set-up is included in the pricing for our Santa Barbara store, but is an added charge at the Ventura store.

DELIVERY
We are happy to provide delivery service throughout Santa Barbara and Ventura counties.  Delivery prices are based on transport to an area that is immediately accessible to our trucks. There will be an extra charge for difficult access, stairs, long distances, repeated delivery or pick-up attempts.

*Delivery times are approximate and are subject to delays due to weather, traffic and previous customers on the route. Please plan your rentals to arrive at least 6 hours before your event begins to allow for delays, check-in and set-up. Specific delivery times are available at an additional charge.

A signature from the responsible party accepting delivery of the rental equipment is required, unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

Equipment must be stacked in a single location and ready for us at the scheduled pick-up time.
