When do I need to reserve rental items for my wedding, birthday, graduation, etc...?

Plan as far ahead as possible. If your event is in a peak month, like June or December (busy times for rental centers), it is wise to rent several months ahead.

If I want to look at what you have to rent do I have to make an appointment to come to the showroom?

If you would like to make an appointment to see your ideas set up in the showroom please do so or just feel free to drop in at anytime Monday - Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm or Saturday, 9:00 to 4:00 pm.

Will someone come to my home or event site to take measurements for a tent or tables to be set up?

Our knowledgeable Project Managers would be happy to come to any site to advise you on these matters.

Will you set up the equipment?

Our delivery team will set up and take down tables, chairs and umbrellas for an additional charge. Equipment such as dance floors, heaters and tents will be set up with no additional charge.

Can your drivers move my furniture too?

Undercover Event Rent's liability insurance does not cover moving your furniture, please make other arrangements.

When do I pay for my rental equipment?

A 50% deposit is required to reserve equipment. The balance is due seven days before delivery. We accept cash, check or these credit cards; Discover, Visa, MasterCard or American Express.
